By the time RAH it will be like 9 months since I saw him.

A trip to the LL bucket should help to remind you - I'll come and drag you out in an hour or so

AS am going next week it will be about 7months for me.

Hi guys! A new American fan asked me to post this info here since the Lovelees site is down. Janet's idea is to write in to the Oprah Show to suggest having Lee as a guest. I think it's a great idea and I've already emailed the show. Here's Janet's pitch:

My name is Janet; I'm a former Equity actress who lives in Chicago, USA. I became a Lee fan when, whilst channel surfing, I happened upon the BBC's most recent airing of Any Dream Will Do. As a professional theatre artist, I shared Bill Kenwright's opinion that Lee is (or should be!) an international superstar. Who else can make that happen but his fans!


So I got the brilliant idea to try get Lee on the Oprah show; nobody can give a person more exposure than Oprah. And exposure means ticket/CD sales; it would be a great boost for Lee.


The moment is now. Last week Oprah re-aired a show called "The World's Got Talent". She asked viewers who they're favorite performer is. While that link is no longer on the site, today she aired a show called "Favorite Surprises" and featured Josh Groban. It's a great opportunity to talk about the Josh/Lee duet, and to say how much you'd like to see Lee on her show.


If we can get enough people to sign on and talk about Lee, we have a chance of getting him booked to perform on her show. And what better timing since he will be promoting his album soon! As you know, in TV it's all about numbers, and through this Forum, you have the ability to get the most numbers onto Oprah's website to help Lee along in his career.


Here are the two best ways to tell Oprah all about Lee:


2. Go to www.oprah.com/contactus . The third bullet point down has a link to send in your show suggestions. Write why a second installment of "The World's Got Talent" would be a great way to feature Lee.


3. For non-US viewers: Go to www.oprah.com/index . Scroll down to "Be on the Show" and click on the link to "Be on the Oprah Show". The next page is "Tell us your story"; scroll down to the "Health Topic". Here is a link for "Calling All International Viewers". Although it's in the health category, they are asking international viewers for any show ideas. And maybe you'll be invited on the show!


Here's what they often look for: an honest, emotional and/or compelling story about what Lee, his music, his career story, has meant to you. Share favorite moments, youtube links, songs, anything you can think of that has meaning for you.


And please do what you can to spread the word; tell everyone you think might want to help. But things move quickly in show biz; this window where they are asking for ideas will close soon. Let's start a movement going! In the time-honoured Chicago tradition, vote early and vote often!!

Have spoken to BT and she is dealing with reactivation.....just cant tell you how long it will be before it lets us back on again, although the guy did tell me when I spoke to him it would be up to 48 hours depending on internet provider........
