Do we know how long Lee is going to be in Wicked for?

I really want to go and see him but i'm job hunting at the moment so won't be able to afford it until i'm working.

Glad you enjoyed the play Pepsi. I won't be seeing it but i'm pleased its doing so well.

He's in Wicked until Feb. 5th, the next cast change. I don't mean to put the fear of Lewis in you, but I don't think his holiday dates have been announced yet.

Thanks punkinpuss - the fear of Lewis lol

I'll be checking and double checking that hes appearing before i book tickets. I almost missed him in Joseph when he was off sick the show before i went and i only found out he was back when i got to the actual theatre. Talk about a huge relief!!!

I saw Lord Arthur Savile's Crime in Richmond last weekend! I tend to enjoy musicals more than plays so I wasn't sure what I was going to make of this but I loved it

It's a very funny slice of Victorian melodrama, played very much tongue in cheek by an excellent cast. Lee was lovely as the nice but slightly dim Lord Arthur - a real change of pace from 'Joseph'

For anyone that's interested they're showing Lee's Winner's Story on WATCH at 8pm tonight.

It seems ages ago, but I still love rewatching it.

And before that he's on tour until.....

Anyone would think he didn't want to spend time at home................

Does he spend any time with his wife? I feel sorry for Denise, preggers and no sign of husband.

He's on tour until April 24th. Then he's back home and will remain so throughout the run of Wicked.

There's no need to feel sorry for Denise. She and Lee are doing just fine.

Here's an interview from Walesonline:

Lee seems to be really excited about the baby. Bless! I think he'll make a great father as he seems to be very good with children.

Since he's in Wicked until Feb 2011, I think it's a pretty safe assumption that he'll be based at home (as opposed to living away from home as he does when he's in a touring production) throughout the run.

Incidentally, talking of Wicked, here's a vid of the recent photo-shoot for the new cast:-

He's not spent all of the tour away

West End Story: What Nancy, Joseph and Maria Did Next

Monday 05 April
4:10pm - 5:10pm
BBC1

With Over the Rainbow's Dorothy about to create another star, whatever happened to the Nancys, Josephs and Marias? West End Story tracks the remarkable careers of the eventual winners: Jodie Prenger, Lee Mead and Connie Fisher, and it also tells the stories of some of the other finalists whose lives were turned upside down by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

More Lee on TV *bounce*

Thanks for the head up Ellie! I'll look forward to that

Pity it's only an hour though - and they don't seem to be covering all of the former contestants.
