Do you not think he may have more pressing matters to deal with?

Nope. Customer service comes first.

Which is why he has a CS team in place.

Your not going to be given a senior email address over on here, well i doubt it anyways, the best way to get hold of one, is to call t-mobile, once through to an indian or english (if your lucky), request for the manager, if he cannot deal with your problem, request for a senior member, be very pushy otherwise you will be ignored,

...which when doesn't do its job, he'll be more than happy to hear.

When Sky were borxing about with my order, only a mail to the ceo office got it sorted out - it had been going on for weeks. Any good CEO loves feedback, and retaining customers rather than shipping 'em off

Sold a T-mobile contract, can't get signal. T-mobile say they will let me out of the contract as they said I should never have been sold the contract, the firm I bought it off mobiles.co.uk won't let me out

Then it sounds like you need the CEO of mobiles.co.uk

Once mobiles.co.uk have sold you a t-mobile contract, surely thats where their involement ends?

If t-mobile are willing to let you out of the contract, then the phone is yours to keep.

Or are you trying to return the phone after mobiles.co.uk's 'cooling off' period? if this is the case then the above poster is right. You will need CEO of mobiles.co.uk.
