Have they stopped making HDTVs with a silver/metalic finish?
All you seem to see everywhere now are displays with a black surround finish. It would be nice to have the choice when some of us are concerned about the décor of a room.

Black / Silver
we're in the black zone at the moment, expect to enter the silver zone in 3 or 4 years time again and repeat ad-nausuem |

I have a black one, but there are times when I think a silver finish one would look better in the room.

The V10 series from Panasonic has a silver stand & bezel, looks great
( I am biased though as I have one!)

I have black and silver - so I'm in fashion which ever colour becomes fashionable.

The Panasononic TX-P42S10 S is all silver and very well priced.

there is a white sony one

Panasonics TXL32S10 ia available in silver from next month at the indies for a limited time.
