I got freesat so swmbo could watch soaps when footie etc is on but I keep getting that audio description and cant get rid. Is this a bug? And if I do a reboot will it sort it for recorded progs or is it the case if it is recorded with audio on it cant be disabled??

Try going into the 'menu' and selecting 'settings' > 'language' > 'audio description' and toggling between enable and disable.

edit: just to clarify you may find it currently is set at disable, and to toggle from disable to enable and back to disable

thanks for help. I tried everything even a factory reset but could not shift that audio thingy. I then went to live programmes and I was able to turn it on and off. So I have deleted all the soaps and will start again.
