Are they back on FM yet? I remember them fighting it out with BBC Essex down here.
They've relaunced as online-only at the moment with a completely different sound. The automated playlist has everything from UK and US hip-hop/RnB through UK funky and classic garage to melodic DnB and is running for most of the day.

They tried several different channels before abandoning the FM broadcast. It's a shame they couldn't find a decent clear frequency, as I could see this becoming quite big with the kids and taking listeners away from the poptastic Kiss.

Radio Northsea International, on a Grundig Cosmopolit 7 internet radio.
Sounds exactly like it did in the early 1970s from the Mebo 2
They play some interesting oldies that I have never heard in the last 38 years. Such as, THE CATS, One Way Wind. It takes me back to my youth
I love it, hardly ever watch tv now.

E.

BBC Radio Cumbria online after reading a posting on how well they're covering the floods up North. And it sounds good too.

Jeez is that the time ??

I do like listening to Rado Cumbria in the evenings, but not so much through the day, as its turned a bit into a magazine type station, with interveiws etc. and not enough music. I wish Tony James would come back for the afternoon show. I tend to record RNI to a mp3 file, then trasfer it to my Tevion mp3 with built in FM transmitter, and listen on a portable radio while I am at work. This system works okay for me.
