Well I remember you writing some doctor who stories on here with another guy who mentioned this timelord story for me. You both were mentioning joint ideas .

you mean me? yeah sorry bout that. i struggled with a 6 doctors ep i'm afraid, and as for the FF project on here that ultimately failed too.

Dont worry about the 6 Doctors story I got that problem sorted out. Got someone writing me a 2 part story to that and should get the script this weekend. Other than that got 8 Scripts all printed out ready.

So by the weekend Ill have 10 scripts ready which leaves the last 3. I know a friend might be doing me a one part story which really leaves the final story to do.

I suppose I could ask you and Dalek Addison working together to pull off the season Finale featuring the Timelords.

Steven, how many scripts have been submitted so far and have you had to do much of a re-write to make them flow for the series or are you leaving them unedited? I'm sure that people who have submitted would like feedback on their scripts and to see how they fit in with the whole series.

hmm, i think it would be a bit difficult to explore how the time lords could pop out of the timelocked time war to sentence the doctor to the trials, and be back in time for Time Lord Jeremy Kyle...

Personally, I'd leave the whole Time War thing untouched atm. After End Of Time it just feels a bit.. strange.. to trod that ground. If you wanted a few returning Time Lords against the Daleks I'm sure that would work a lot better. I'll talk to D.A. see if we can pool some ideas.

So far 8 Scripts have been submitted, No I mentioned the requirements and they worked round them so they wont be edited.

I will be recieving 2 more scripts this coming weekend as I got one this morning and it was a really nice story. Ive had a little read on Dalek Addisons latest script he sent me and it was wonderful. Really liked the way the plot went.

As for the other scripts Im going to read some at the weekend to get my mind in place of the things that ll be going on in them.

Where do you plan on showing your finished results? are you producing a DVD or uploaded on Youtube, will you advertise this for sale etc? Seems the productions costs will not be cheap so i wondered how you planned on recouping your expenses, or do you have some people who have invested and if thats the case they will want a return.

The scripts must be very good if you dont need to do any editing or change anything to make the series flow...even RTD had to do some although he did admit that Moff's needed little changes...had he submitted one??

Well yes the long term goal is to put it all on DVD. As for uploading on youtube that is a possibility. Advertising for sale um yes and no. I will distribute the finished product but all ill ask is people pay for the disc and postage costs and make a donation to Children in Need. Yes people on the production part are investing as after all it ll be for charity.

As for a little update. Ive had a email about the season finale and a idea has been proposed so that person is going to be writing me that one. I cant really say more about it but it will feature a enemy with powers the Doctor has faced.

So with that one or two episodes being done that just leaves one final story to be written.

Well Ive always wanted a Auton story. But to make it a bit special have it set on their home planet Polymos.

Last time a fan production was discussed at length on this forum, the makers were reported to the BBC.

On what grounds? There are tons and tons of fan made doctor who productions avaliable. Ive never heard of them getting in trouble.

Blacktear1992 How's your script coming along? Can you give any details away to us?

Steven - any sign of casting a Dr yet? do you have a preference on age? young/old etc? As nearly all the scripts are in then I guess finding a suitable Dr must be high on the list of things to do. I've come across them filming the real DW around Cardiff and also at Bad Wolf Bay (Southerndown to us locals). Do you have any local landmarks near you which you would like to have in the series?

If they did I think that would spoil the story. Just got my 6 Doctors story in my hands now. A 2 parter and Ive now been told the season Finale is being written and should be on my desk in roughly 2 weeks.

As far as casting a Doctor thats going to be one of the most important decisions to make. At the moment people are discussing what the Doctor is going to wear and a costume is being made at the moment.

All this talk makes me excited! I am writing for two doctor who projects at once! That could never happen if they weren't fan fiction/productions!

Lots of spoilers about the BBC production which hasnt spoiled my viewing, you could put yours in spoiler tags so anyone not wanting to see could avoid just as they can with the BBC production, I guess we all like spoilers in some sort or at least good hints on whats coming up.

yes, cazz is right. Perhaps a list of episdoe titles and authors. Not all of them of course. Just the first ones say or the ones you want to ne revealed.
