Need a dumb question answered
I've just bought a PAYG phone with vodafone. I want to create an account online, but how do I find out what my mobile phone number is? I've got half a dozen useless booklets in the box here but nothing with basic information on it. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, I tried that, but the moment I press send an ''unsuccessful'' message instantly appears.

I don't seem to be able to make any calls on the phone. Even that one.

Yes I had.
Got it to work now. I think it was the reception, it's been raining here all day and even with a weak signal it took a few attempts to be able to connect. Thanks for the help. |

Hmm. This isn't a good start for my opinion of Vodafone. Just tried to register online and was given an apology message and to try later as they are trying to fix problems.

Hi Captain Birdsei
I realise this hasn't gone as smoothly as it should for you. Are you still having the same difficulties? We were having some issues last week with this service but that is resolved now. If you have any further problems let me know and I'd be happy to help. Thanks Kirsty Web Relations Team Vodafone UK |

The number is on a sticker ON the box, along with IMEI no etc.
(assuming it is brand new). This has also fooled me in the past. |
