Which couple do you think will be heading home first?

I think possibly Chris Hollins or Ricky Groves

Hard to say without seeing anyone dance! I do hope Brendan and Jo make an early exit though as I have a hunch that personality wise they may be the couple from hell!

I think that is a generous description!

Her fall over the step amused me this afternoon, so for that alone, I hope she stays at least a week!!

From the all too short training clip of them, it looks like Tufnell's likely, but it might have just been a bad day.

There is no way Tuffers will be out in week 2- the simple rason being he is very popular and will probably top the public vote

Likewise I can't see Ricky Groves being the first out in week one- apparently he is a decent dancer, with a sizeable fanbase from EastEnders and with a popular pro partner in Erin it is even more unlikely

I'd say Ali perhaps may go in week 1, and Jo in week 2

Based on how popular a celeb with be with the public at the start of the series I'd say -

Week One - the bottom two will be Martina & Matt and Chris & Ola with the judges saving Martina & Matt

Week Two - the bottom two will be Zoe & James and Jo & Brendan with the judges saving Zoe & James (hedging my bets it could be Richard & Lilia instead of Zoe & James, but Jo & Brendan will still go home)

That was a hard choice!

From looking at the preview video I have to say Ricky Groves isnt looking up to much but he might be comical imho. I hope he doesn't go out in week 1 but that's just becuase I like Erin

I agree with you on Tuffers though there is no way he is going to be out that early becuase the public will love him and find him hilarious

Ali might struggle for votes based on the fact that she isn't that well known

Ricky v Chris.

Ricky goes.

I think it is more likely to be a girl - because the guys by and large this week are quite well known

Can I just ask was Ricky a goodie or a baddie in EE?

He played the nice but dim Garry Hobbs

I think she's going to be quite good so may not need the votes as much as others. From that very very short piece of video, it wouldn't surprise me if Ricky Groves was first out. Obviously you can't judge on such a small bit of training though.

Yep, maybe, but looking at the training VT I expect Jade and Ali to be good enough that even if they slipped into the dance-off, they'd be saved.
They also both have popular partners.
Lynda will be very popular so should be safe however she dances.
That only leaves Martina who should have plenty of fans from her tennis days.

Chris is unknown to most people and from the VT, not a great dancer and although Ricky was in a soap, that didn't save Phil Daniels last year or Brian Capron the year before.

Joe and Rav too good and too good looking to be in danger.

I have a horrible feeling it will be Chris & Ola just because he's not very well known.

I don't see how one can possibly say before the couples dance...

I hope it's not Lynda and Darren, Richard and Lilia and Ali and Brian.

I think he'll have a decent enough fan base then to keep him in - and he has said he danced at stage school.

I think Martina is vulnerable because she won't have the fan base of some of the others - if she can just get through the first few weeks she could go far imho.

Chris is definitely at risk early one from not having an immediate fan base, but again if he can hang on I think people will like him.

I can't see anybody being the traditional 'nice but no-hoper' of the kind we've seen in previous series, so imho it will come down to how well the dance on the night to get a good score from the judges and how strong a fan base they bring to the series from the start.

When it comes to the dancing I'm going on what I've seen in the various clips and reports.

I can't stand that Lynda so hopefully her.

As long as it is not Martina I am happy

I predict she'll be a good dancer but her lack of personality won't encourage people to pick up the phone and vote.

I agree, I think most viewers vote on who they like on the night.

Though those without a substantial fanbase already are more vulnerable. Ricky W, Joe, Lynda, Natalie should be fine that first week.
