Moving files into folders
MOB
16-09-2009
I have one episode of a series recorded alone. Is there any way I can transfer this into the folder where the other few week's episodes are? The manual is no help at all in this instance.

Yes

Open file manager (media - opt +)
Cursor into right hand pane, locate the destination folder OK on it to open. Cursor left, go into edit mode (yellow). Click OK on the files you want to move (put a tick in the box). Hit green

Media-> Opt+ -> File Manager

Left Pane - Navigate to, and Open your Series Folder

Right Arrow to Right Pane -> Navigate to your recording in the root -> Green Button to Move.

Rgds.

Les.

Edit :- vvvvvvvvvvv Me too

BTW, you don't need to go into Edit Mode to move just one file, but useful for you to know for the future.

Press the media button and then the 'opt+' button to call up the file manager (then press ok button) press the right cursor button to select the right hand pane and scroll to the folder you want to place the recording in. Press OK to open folder and the press the left curor button to select the left pane. Now scroll to the recording and then press the green button

edit: I just knew I should have refreshed the page before typing all that up
