I know Qualitv boxes can.

The Quali-TV QS 1080 (which I hadn't seen before you asked this question) uses an MPEG2-only decoder and just supports QPSK reception.

I am not aware of any commercially practical solution for MPEG4 HD and MPEG2 HD that supports 4:2:2. But as all official broadcasts are in 4:2:0 it has never been a problem. But I know people like to pick-up SNG feeds in 4:2:2, so fair enough, but we can't make a product at an acceptable price.

Use a Skystar2 with PC - supports 4.2.2 and with right software MPEG4 and MPEG2.

Cheers lads. Asked a similar question elsewhere and have gone for the PCI card. It is the only workable solution as there is no way I can get to use the TV when I want it anyway. Going to have to drill yet another hole in the wall to get the cable to the PC and a more comfortable chair for the PC.
