Nokia 71 mobile

hi, I’m with T-Mobile and my phone upgrade is due soon, I’m considering getting the Nokia E71 as my phone upgrade, but would like to know first, can you set an MP3 as a ringtone or text tone with this mobile??

You should be able to.
Even my old N73 could do this so don't see why not on the E71.
