How did you rate the judges scores

I thought that chris hollins was overmarked and that martina hingis was undermarked

I thought they were spot on.

As usual Craig was slightly too stingy but he's equalled out by Len being slightly too generous.

There was a good atmosphere from the judges tonight, they seemed to be enjoying themselves and the animosity between them was gone. Made for much nicer viewing.

Don't know about the marks, but some of the comments were a bit unkind, from all the judges, considering it was the first show!

I thought they were a bit generous with some of the marks, particularly Len. It's a long series and when they start off high they leave themselves with nowhere to go, further down the line, when everyone is much improved.

Totally agree. I was sitting there when they were giving Chris his critique, thinking 'was I watching a different show?'

The cynic in me did wonder about a little bit of BBC bias.

I didn't think they were too bad, at least I wasn't shouting at the screen. I would have been if Joe had scored higher than Rav, don't think going first did Rav any favours.

They usually get the ranking about right...even if some of the individual scores are dodgy.

Ali was defo the best so they got that right

Yes, but the highest score was what? 31? That seems very fair to me.

Plenty of room for improvement still. And no 9's given out - thank goodness!

Slightly odd that: Bruno has clearly toned down his scoring: he was consistently scoring lower than Len was, and may have been the fairest of the lot.

I thought Rav and Martina were undermarked and Chris and Lynda were overmarked

Rav was lucky to get what he did - his technique was horrible.

I think scoring is going to suffer from the absence of Arlene.

We now have three judges who are going to be quite generous with their marks instead of just two. This will make it difficult to differentiate between the celebrities and the outcome of the leaderboard will depend greatly on who Craig does and doesn't rate.

Go with that but it would have left the impression that all the males were weak and the top 3 were all female which they probably didn't want to do. Craig's marks could have been reversed or equal and made more sense than they did.

Len was the only generous one tonight imo.

Craig was too harsh in places. Bruno and Alesha were spot on.

Seems nicely evened out to me.

I thought Bruno did a good job, but he has a tendency to get carried away as the series progresses.

Alesha will dish out similar scores to him and Len.

Arlene was the only other judge that wasn't afraid to be quite severe when necessary.
