Well they have discovered the zoom knob on the cameras. Now we have to fill in time between seeing them dancing and seeing them in closeup - marvellous.

There was a reason why they didn't use it before - a good reason.

Coupled with the fact that the tube has started to go on my TV tonight, cutting off half the picture and enlarging the rest I had a very difficult watch! Motion sickness extraordinaire.

Not sure what you're saying but I thought the cameramen weren't showing enough of their footwork, just too many upper body shots most of the time.

I mean, we want to see them dance, so full shots are good, and there are times when a closeup can show the emotion, but the zooming in between doesn't add anything. Its better to go straight from the closeup to the full shot.

Zooming + manic Steadicam guy = pretty hard to get any feel for the dance.

Too much movement!
