Great video katt, I know Aliona has had some duffers on the main show but she has had some crackers in the specials. Her AS with Matt Goss is a favourite of mine, just sheer Hollywood style and glamour.
I'm also pleased you included her waltz with Tony Jacklin which, I thought, was a rather lovely effort from him. I didnt include Johnny because he danced with Iveta on the main show, not Ali and I didnt include Gregg because - well, probably dont need to explain why I didnt include him!!! |

Loved that compilation Katt.
As well as the Strictly dances, I really liked her AS with Matt Goss and loved her dance with Christopher Dean. That underwater dance with Harry was amazing!! Read somewhere Aliona only had 3 days to choreograph it. Lovely! |

![]() Johnny might have surprised people (as Aliona suggested) and proved a 74 year-old isn't too old for Strictly. |

Great video Katt!
And yes, won't be the same without Aliona. The last three years (before last strictly) when she exited early, the program lacked her choreo and charisma for celebs but at least she was in the pro dances. It's going to be hard without those. I know I will still tune in, but oh boy I will miss her! |

Well Done! Oh I'm so going to miss her! She's a fabulous teacher! Wish her all the best for the future, but hope she perhaps teaches a little, when she has time, to pass on her super skills |

Will miss Aliona too - Pros who can choreograph, teach, explain AND dance as well as Aliona are very rare.
Wish her all the best for the future, but hope she perhaps teaches a little, when she has time, to pass on her super skills I hope she gets her family and then finds a way to use her talents back. |

So last night I went to see the show with Mrs Teeswolf. Her Xmas present to me. It was a bittersweet experience I guess. Jay and Aliona were predictably awesome, and deserved winners.
Just to see that Jive was worth the ticket price alone. The rhumba weren't too shabby either ![]() However, sadly, I couldn't help wondering if this was the last time I'd ever see Aliona dance ![]() Please say no. If it's yes, well it's been great

So glad you enjoyed and loved Jay and Aliona, I'm afraid it could well be Aliona's last time dancing and what better way to go then to win the tour I just pray that the people vote for the best dancers (Jay and Aliona) and allow her to lift that glitterball one last time I'll probably cry if this happens *fingers crossed* were so close.
One thing that annoyed me at Newcastle was Mel made much of Kevin getting to 3 successive finals, but no mention of Aliona being first pro to win twice. Hopefully that get's a mention on some shows! |

Another win this afternoon, one step closer to another tour win. I think I'm right that would be 3 tour wins from 4 tours. Must be some record?

2012 Strictly Series 10
Johnny Ball. Unfortunately Aliona got injured 9 days before their CCC and only danced with Johnny in the group dance at the end of the series. http://digitalspyuk.cdnds.net/12/38/...a_johnny_2.jpg 2013 Series 11 Tony Jacklin https://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com...748&h=0&crop=1 2013 Children in Need (Torville & Dean) Christopher Dean https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...118fd9906d.jpg 2013 Christmas Special Matt Goss http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/...02_634x531.jpg |
