her technical quotes about hip action and arms made me cringe so bad, they seemed so staged to me! is she being directed by len or bruno do you think ???

It wouldn't surprise me. She would be limited as to what she could say technically, so would need a little guidance. Don't think 'he's dressed in pink' came from the other judges though!!!

I've noticed Bruno giving her dirty looks a couple of times.

So when she makes bad remarks she is terrible and when she makes good comments she is just being told what to say. Hmmm. That's a fair way to look at it.

She shouldn't be a judge. In no way is she qualified enough for that role. She does know a bit about dance though and certainly enough to know about hip action and lines. It's not massively technical, just the basics.

Bruno is slipping her little notes whilst the dance is going on, havent you noticed during the dance, the judges are in the dark

Basically, you don't like her/don't want her to be a judge and so she can't actually do anything right nor know anything about dancing.

Glad to see the reasoned opinion is alive and well.

Of course she can't have learnt anything in the four months of intensive dance training she has and hence knows nothing about dancing technique at all.

It has been reported by people at the live shows that Bruno was indeed giving her advice when she was off camera.

If Bruno is helping aleshia with the comments is he getting extra money?

why don't they get Karen to help her out as she is suppose to getting a job backstage

Its also been reported that family members in the audience were giving her the thumbs up/thumbs down when the camera was off her...as well as leaning behind her to get comments...hmmmmmmm

That's a good point actually, Alesha is reportedly being paid more than Bruno. If it was me, the devil in me might start feeding her the wrong information now and again!

the lack of hip action was plain to see - it was a perfectly valid comment and one that Craig repeated

there were times when Bruno looked surprised at Alesha's comments (in a good way!) which makes me think that she is doing it off her own back most of the time.

Remember she is a massive fan of the show and how many of us have become "arm chair experts" from simply watching the series - yet Alesha has had the experience doing the dances so although she isn't as 'qualified' as Arlene in choreography terms I do think that she does have her own bank of knowledge that she can draw comments from.

I don't believe people should automatically think that she is just being given comments to say all the time.

She might have replaced Arlene but they have not dared sit her in Arlene's old seat next to Craig.

Pity, he would marmalise her.
