But Craig used to disagree with Arlene too! And he always disagrees with Len.
If anythin that shows Alesha fits in perfectly.

Sorry, I like her but simply can't take her seriously as a judge. I find its a bit embarrassing when she makes her comments to the professional dancers.

Arlene or Karen, but they have to have some one that knows their stuff. It pointless having general public type comments, the public get a vote.

I think the "pink" comment to Ricky was very embarrassing esp. when Bruce didn't play along.

I definitely think Bruce should avoid asking her first - let the more experienced judges give her the lead before she has to comment, she makes less of a fool of herself that way.

Must say, I find it hard to watch her. I do think SCD have made a mistake to bring a non-expert onto the panel. She's nice enough, but really has no credibility.

karen would have been a better choice. or an other professional dancer. What's the thing with Darcy Bussell judging from the quarters? Have I missed something in the papers?

Well she hasn't had the best press ever today, so by the looks of things she tried to improve her act .

Not perfect, but definatly an improvement .

Her lack of technical knolwedge as regards to dance compared with arlene will continue to embarress the bbc, she adds nothing and comments as i would and i know nothing either.

She was a good contestant; she should never have been made a judge. Get Darcey in now!

I had to laugh when thinking about some of the posters on here last night saying that she only repeated technical things that the others said...

Tonight, she says something and the other three follow suit and give the same technical criticism.

Darcey the Englishwoman has a husband in Australia and two daughters under 10 I think. She definitely would not want a weekly commute like Len I think. The airfare bill could also embarass the Beeb.

She's a good judge in the making. She knows more than most posters on here about rythm and musicality, so people should just get over it and leave her to do the job she's being paid to do.

Alesha could be replaced by any member of this forum and it wouldn't make a difference (well, she'd probably look a lot nicer ).

I don't mind her, really. She's less annoying and more articulate than I thought she would be - but I'd still prefer someone who was more than just a "voice of the audience" type who makes such general comments.

i thought she was much better tonight compared to last night, so lets hope she keeps improving !

I may have missed it, but did Len acknowledge her existence at all? I've never seen Len and Craig so chatty, it looked like they were talking to each other to avoid getting into conversation with Alisha.
I could be wrong but that's how it came across to me and I don't blame them. The judging seems a bit insipid now I'm afraid.

I think it could have worked if they had added her to the panel with Arlene there too but on her own she adds nothing to the judging.


It is that sort of quote which shows all she can comment on is how they look and what colour they wear. I am not sure Bruce could even hear her, he seems well out of it this year. In fact, I think he is now the worse thing about the programme he is looking very out of his depth and his timing is shot.
