TV Guide on Sony television

I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40W55 and prefer to use the Sony Guide for the TV channels as opposed to GUIDE PLUS +. I had to update my TV listing yesterday (Sunday) and did a"Manual Data Download", I now am unable to see any of my TV channels via the Sony Guide. The GUIDE PLUS + asks me to download all the channels again, once this is done and I go in to Sony Guide nothing is there but a message on my screen saying, no events available and when going back in to GUIDE PLUS + all my channels have disappeared again from there also.

Does anyone have an explanation for this and know what I can do to put things back to how they were yesteday.

I've just found out what is wrong.

On downloading updated listings, it deleted my Favourites list for whatever reason, just had to reset this and all is well with the world again.
