Saving contacts onto I phone

I have just got an I phone and I'm having trouble transfering my contacts from my n95. I have saved all my numbers to the nokia pc suite and then exported numbers to windows contacts (Im running vista)then on I tunes I synced contacts with windows contacts and got nothing lol what am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to save myself inputting 350 contacts by hand. Also my free office trial has run out not sure if that has anything to do with format contacts saved in ?

would it not just be easy to copy contacts from the n95 to the sim and stick that SIM in the iPhone?

I will try but have been told my n95 sim won't work cos it's on orange and I phone on o2.?

Maybe it has stored your contacts in a separate address book? have a look and make sure they are all in the main address book then make sure iTunes has been set to sync them.
