I love Black Bomber, but Smoked Stilton is right up there with it on the cheese throne fighting for the God of Cheese title!
Smoked brie is rather delectable as well, and Halloumi fried brown and crisp in olive oil and dressed with lemon juice and black pepper is LUSH!!!!!!!!!!!! |

It's amazing. Can never quite get it the same as they do it in Greece, but then sitting in my house on a rainy night isn't quite the same as sitting on the beach eating it.
![]() It goes really well with roast potatoes, broccoli and carrots

I love cheese. I go through phases; currently it's any blue cheese, yum.
I also love Jarlsberg. And Brie. And Camembert. And I love melting some Tomme de Savoie on a baked potato. And good mozzarella in a salad is great. And halloumi, yum. And Wensleydale, especially with fruit in. And stilton. |

Has anyone had Wensleydale with apricots in? On a Hovis digestive it's like eating the best ever cheesecake
