ok this is a strange one.
in february we signed up to sky hd and a few weeks later we recieved a letter stating welcome to sky talk. obviously, confused called sky and complained to say we were unaware of this. then we contacted our current provider, talk talk who said it had been cancelled so we thought ok its moving to sky.
yesterday, the phoneline stopped working but broadband still working. we have a dailtone but cannot make or recieve calls. we decided to contact sky as we were paying them for sky talk. sky said the line rental is not with them and we only pay for calls which we didnt know. called talk talk and they said our contract was cancelled in march.
we called bt and they cannot say whos line we were using from march!!! i called ofcom and they said would contact bt wholesale but may not be able to give an answer.
in the meantime we have no landline and making numerous calls from a mobile and noone says we are with them.
any ideas ?!?!
