Anyone tell me how where and when cycling is on BTVision? Eurosport give great coverage and Sky have just invested loads of money into cycling. Does that mean that watching all the big cycling races (road races like Tour de France etc) might only be seen on Britich Eurosport and or Sky channels?

Just checked for you and there doesnt appear to be any cycling content in the VOD libraries. Are there any major cycling events going on right now ? - are any of the terrestrial channels covering it ?.

Not looking good to be honest. I think you may be staying with Sky for such a specialist sport.

You have just missed the Tour Of Britain on Freeview. Finished at the weekend. It is still on demand. There is also the Road Cycling World Championships from Switzerland.
All you need to do is go to search and type cycling......

funny, there are many more cycling clubs in the Uk than there are Football clubs.....

specialist or popular?

And why is Football so popular?

ahh...the exposure given to it by a well known media company...

For gods sake. Football has been the most popular sport in the UK for many years - even in the days before TV was invnented. So when you make this comment it just shows how little you know about so many of the issues you comment on.

Now go across to the Sky forum and start going onto them on how superior Sky is to BTV as I think everyone on here is fed up of you going on about pathetic rubbish like this. If you feel so great about Sky, why not join their marketing team as you sound just like them half the time.

On another note, I didnt realise Cycling was on BTV and more sport content is always good

I couldnt agree more. He spends 99% of his time here on the BTVision & TUTV forum putting both systems down. You would think with his "apparent" knowledge he'd be helping out over in the Sky forums in a positive and constructive way - but he chooses not to. You can work the rest out for yourself.
