A few weeks ago i bought a FOXSAT- HDR
HD Twin Tuner DTR .
It works fine on bbc,but on itv when i press the red button it goes to hd channel,but all i get is a black square come up with loading on it,and about 2ins of hd picture all around it,this black loading box never goes no matter how long i wait..anyone got any ideas what the problem is? I have emailed humax but not heard nothing from them yet,
I bought it online from dixons,but want to make sure im doing everything right before i contact them for a replacement.

you need to do a factory reset. Make a note of your schedules as these will need to be re-entered along with any personal settings you've made.
