Think you can download the software suite for Nokia from their site, then your text should be able to be read on your computer. If you can't print from here, do cut and paste

Never sure why people want to save SMS, when it can just easily be typed on a computer and stored that way. ITs just words at the end of the day. Surely the content is captured when printed/retyped etc.

Yep russ is right, Using Nokia PC suite (or is it Ovi now?) either way check on the Nokia website for software for your phone, there should be a messaging section it will pull up all your mobile messages onto your PC.
Also to others, we have no idea why the OP wants to do this so its not right to question it.

If you're on O2 you can sign up for bluebook (free) then all SMS and MMS (in & out) are stored for you online.
Of course, even if you are on O2, it isn't retrospective and so won't help you now. Could be useful in future though.
