It's awful - but will undoubtedly chart highly because folk lap up this kind of generic pap nowadays.
i don't like it. it did sound quite exciting at first - when compared to the soppy depressing ballads that the other X Factor puppets have churned out in recent years. i expected another one of those so it did seem refreshing in that way when i first heard it.
but beneath all that, and on it's own, it does sound like some really bad karaoke song! especially the chorus - unbelievably cheesy. and the lyrics are so cheap and gimmicky (all of which can also be said about the new JLS song). i so hope Robbie beats it to no.1. although with a new Michael Jackson single apparently due for release the same day they could both be comfortably beaten.

To be honest, I've only heard the song once and I hated it. Haven't heard it since so I dunno if that's a blessing or what?
I told someone she will flop after the first album. They disagreed with me as they said flo rider (or whoever that may be) is working with her.

It is unashamedly cheesy but I think Alexandra has the charisma to just about pull it off. Saying that, I hope she has better songs lined up for her album.

I quite like it, not what I expected her to come out with and hate the video, but I can't stop singing it.
Some people clearly have a vendetta against X Factor artists in general. This song is not bad, its actually very very good.
Just because its not YOUR taste in music doesn't mean you need to go around slagging it off and being generally nasty about an artist who has worked hard to get where she is.
Its also funny to see how none of you have revealed your own tastes in music because I'm sure many people would slag off the music you like.

worked hard? you must be having a laugh. everyone from x factor has it incredibly easy - sing a few notes in tune, and Cowell will tell all the viewers that you're 'the next big thing' and they will believe him and pick up the phone like mad to vote for you. and then you get a guaranteed (monopolised) christmas no.1, endless tv and radio promotion (which they already have from x factor anyway) and a whole album written and produced by the top writers and producers just because you won the show. without having to show any creativity or personality i.e. Leona.
