I'd like to get rid of my crappy 15" TFT monitor and my even crapper 21" CRT TV/VCR combi, so was thinking of buying one unit for them both. I've looked at a TV with PC input, but i'm not sure if this would be best?

I do most things on my laptop (internet etc) and only use by desktop PC for gaming, watching videos (because i have a 1TB HDD in there!) and occational image editing. I never watch TV at the same time being on my PC (if i want to watching TV which surfing, i use my laptop).

so because bot screens are never in use at the same time, its silly to have them both. so yeah, any suggestions?

I dont have a big budget (maybe £200 tops), and am thinking of a 21" screen or there abouts

Not hard to find on ebuyer. Check elsewhere, but I usually find ebuyer are cheapest.

The one I pointed at claims to have Aerial, Component, Composite, HDMI, VGA and SCART, which I think covers them!
Built-in freeview too.

I've got this model in my bedroom and I'm very pleased with it. the best thing is it has lots of inputs to connect up all my gear.
