BT vision Red light
Signed up with Bt vision, plugged it all in as the install guide says.
My BT hub is fine green lights etc. But Vision box just shows a red light where the power button is, should be a green light. Tried pressing the button nothing, tried the remote nothing. tried unplugging everything plugging it all back in again but still just red light, no channels on my tv nothing. Can anyone advise, BT sent me a card warning that if I didn't connect up soon they would charge me £195 connection fee. but i have connected it but it doesn't work. tried emailing BT technical but it lost my email, didn't seem to send it. Don't want to phone as they just didn't understand the problem when i phoned up problems with broadband. |
