Using CAPITALS to denote the action and the lowercase to describe what is being done, the process is:
OPEN up menu (with large lefthand key with the blue eliptical symbol),
MOVE UP once and LEFT once (using the toggle keys around the central square button and presuming you have not reordered the grid),
SELECT (using small central square button) the gallery
SELECT images and videos,
MOVE LEFT or RIGHT to required image,
SELECT image,
OPEN options menu with top left outer surround key,
SELECT Send,
MOVE DOWN 3 times,
SELECT via Bluetooth,
SELECT More devices,
~~Wait 20 secs for devices to be found~~ (with only the receiving device within range)
SELECT the found device
....and transfer should happen.
