The only genuine couple to get together on the show were Matt and Flavia who did everything to keep it quiet.

It maybe true but I'm sure if it is they and the producers will milk it for all it's worth.

If his dancing is any indication of his bedroom skills, I don't think they will last very long

Are they still together? I saw Matt in the audience but not sure if he was there for Flavia or because he was previous in the show.

If it improves their dancing, all well and good...but if it doesn't and just encourages showmance-addicted loonoids to vote for them and producers to obsess over them, not so good.

I think Kristina will kill him if this report is true (I mean it is his friends that have said he has told them he and Kristina are an item), because I saw them on the Paul O'Grady show last week and Kristina shook her head (slowly) when Paul asked them if they were a couple and Jo said they were just good friends. Kristina did say they had a lot in common and enjoyed spending time together. Then near the end Joe said 'I'm working on it!" and Kristina's eyes nearly popped out of her head. My take is she is trying to keep it low profile while the show is on and then they can become more open afterwards.

Matt and Flavia have absolutely shied away from any publicity surrounding them. They've never done a magazine deal together and have only ever been photographed twice since getting together almost two years ago. Once out shopping shortly after they finished on the show, and the last time was at the Bafta awards one and a half years ago. They have never made a big deal out of their relationship and its abit of a blimmin' nuisance for us Matt and Flav fans in fact that they are so discreet. I would love to see a new picture of them out and about together....Grrr

Joe seems like those typical man's man that when you get under his skin, he'll openly show how he much he'll worship you by telling the whole world.

No problem if they are in love. But I guess Joe is not media savvy and didn't know he shouldn't treat this relationship as openly as his previous ones, because the media is going to have a field day and it will backfire and may even break their relationship at the end.

The guy seems a right sleazeball and I was right when I said he seemed more interested in bedding Kristina then taking part in SCD. He has three children from a marriage and he's broken up with another girl. Kristiana has gone way down in my estimation. As a professional she should not get involved with her dance partners.

I don't think she does. I think the tabloids have just given her a "man-eater" persona for no apparent reason and every small thing she does with Joe gets photographed and blown up into a huge deal.

I don't think the romance is a publicity stunt either, I think you can see they genuinely like each other from their body language. It looks too instinctive to me to be put on for cameras.

Why not?! They're both single! They like each other and spend hours together a day and it's inevitably led to a romance. Happens in life - just so happens they're on a TV show. May last, may not last - if they're happy for now then good luck to them!

Perhaps they should have stayed platonic due to the show, but it seems they were really trying to and we have only heard things from the tabloids. We have absolutely no idea what is really going on and so we have no right to judge either of them.

It's obvious they are a couple, saw the sparks between them from the beginning. They are trying to play it down though, maybe till after the show.

I agree and I think Kristina has been trying to keep a lid on it and it appears to me it is Joe who has a problem with that!

Nope you're right Buddy, it was said to be after the series was over before Matt and Flavia finally got together.

Apparently, Matt and Flavia are still an item. That just goes to show: sometimes TV relationship is real and a few even last.

Kristina tried so hard on the BBC and Paul O'Grady interviews to keep everything hidden and bat away the romance rumours. Joe couldn't manage to do the same though and both times gave away that something was going on!!

I agree that the tabloids have labelled Kristina this way with nothing to back it up. Apparently she has had three long term relationships (she's 32) and she didn't even know Vincent had a girlfriend, let alone that she was pregnant. The tabloids have created the image and she has to live with them following her every move.

He was in the audience this week and still looks like a baby!

he wants to say 'look what ive got' - i think its so predictable and of course he has nothing to lose and everything to gain but she gets looked at as unprofessional ( see the comments in this thread) and will be judged harsher because of the 24/7 of their partnership
as an aside, i think she could do waaay better but that wasn't the subject being debated
