The James Jordan Non-appreciation Society

Would all like-minded people who can't stand James Jordan sign up here and explain why they feel the way they do.

I feel he is conceited and arrogant, so much so that he is having a raving love affair with himself. Talk about thinking himself "all that" - not only does he think it - he has demonstrated it by saying how sexy he is and how it would be easy for Zoe to do a saucy rhumba with him. He is not very bright and comes out with the stupidest remarks.

His hair - well the less said about that the better but JJ thinks he is the height of cool. Actually Mr Jordan is a twit of the first order and his only saving grace is that he can dance. Can't stand the man.

You know him personally then, that you can say that?

I really don't think he was being serious there, he was having a laugh. I don't have a problem with James, he was a bit of an idiot with Georgina, but from all accounts she was a nightmare to work with so it's understandable he got pissed off.

Can't stand the man either, went right off him after he got the hump about being voted off last year. Agreed with Len on the rumba as well.

I don't have a huge dislike for him as some others do but I'm really not keen on his haircut this series. In the first pro-dance of the series i thought he looked a bit like Gary Rhodes from the side!

James Jordan has demonstrated on numerous occasions that he is neither the brightest star in the sky nor the sharpest knife in the drawer and you wouldn't have to know him personally to come to that conclusion - his on-screen behaviour justifies my previous remark.

He's definitely grown on me over the last few years. He is very entertaining in person (at show cabarets).

Didn't like him when he got bitchy over Georgina, didn't like him when he got petulant about Gabby's eviction, didn't like him when he got shirty over John Sergeant and don't like him much now.

That said, I began to warm to him when he danced with Cherie and he has been nothing but lovely with Zoe so far, so he can have a fair crack of the whip until he starts being rude again

I don't think James did himself any favours in his 1st series with Georgina, he was quite nasty with her. He's got a massive mountain to climb now to prove that wasn't the real him. If he came into the show for the 1st time last year with Cherie I think he may have been quite popular

My least favourite pro.

I thought he was too severe with Georgina and very unsporting last year when he thought he left prematurely and tried to dictate to us who we should be voting for and why. That's up to us.

Can't warm to him at all and doubt I ever will.

I like James and he has grown on me more with each series. He is a truly masculine dancer and fabulous dancing with or without Ola. He has a great sense of humour which some people clearly can't appreciate if they think his tongue in cheek comments about how good looking he is are serious - evidently it is okay for Vincent to make this kind of joke, but not James. I also admired him for speaking out about the JS saga, especially on ITT. With the exception of Georgina where there was obviously a clash of personalities for a number of reasons, I think he is very protective of his partners and thought this stood out when he partnered Cherie last year.

I can say all these positive things about James on this thread because it is on the main board and not an AT.

He is my least favourite of all the dancers and he does come across as a bit thick but then Ola gets on my wick aswell so i dont really like either Jordan, so there

I actually dislike James because, whether he believes his own hype or not, I think he is the least watchable of all the latin male pros. I think he is one of the least talented dancers on the show.

Genius

I'm tempted to make "non-appreciation threads" for all the other pros, but it would probably open up a can of worms!

Oh I get really irritated with Ola she does weird things with her mouth and her costumes! I dont like to complain because I'll be accused of being jealous - being a woman. But I never showed off flesh in my distant youth and I still got guys!

Totally agree with you 'rickster1995', what an absolutely horrid thread. You lot might think James is an unpleasant person, but IMO you people are no better starting threads like this. There are quite a few pro's who I don't particularly like for various reasons but I wouldn't be such a bitch as to blatently let rip about them on here where they were likely to come across such comments.

I have never understood people starting this kind of thread. I am quite happy to share my opinions with anyone, but I can't see me ever starting a really negative thread like this one and several others on the front page at the moment.
