I love them.

But oh. my. God.

I think that may tie with Girls Aloud's awful 'The Loving Kind' performance on GMTV in December last year.

A bunch or cheap looking slappers who can't actually sing, now there's a shock to the pop industry

Not *that* bad. Rochelle sounded awful (probably nerves), though. Mollie and Frankie weren't exactly perfect either, and Una's voice was very weird at the start. Bit of a let down because we all know they can sing.

Plus, where did Frankie's hair extensions go? p

any need for such a vicious attack?
hardly slappers. 5 very attractive ladies. jealous on the other hand - not attractive
poor prformance but the girls can sing live and have sounded great on other occasions. first performance of this live on tv so only natural its a bit ropey.

lol, how can you say it wasn't bad when you list all the negatives?! what were the positives?

and Frankie looks better without them IMO

wow someone got that up there quick. anyway i watched it on tv and it was pretty bad. i'm a fan of their music (not that song though), and they are usually good live, but that was a glaringly bad performance. Paul did say it was an exclusive - not that they wouldn't of rehearsed it - hopefully they will look back at that and realise how awful it was! can't afford many performances like that in the run-up to the new album.

I don't think they'll ever be able to sing this song to what it is like in the record. They have done with all their other songs, but not this. They need to sort out the backing track as well, its too overpowering.

Well I guess Vanessa kinda saved it, the chorus wasn't too bad.

They need a break, IMO. Their last single from the first album was out in late June, and now their first single from their new album is out in early October. Sheesh.

Didn't sound that bad, just a few sound problems maybe and like shoneooo says- the backing track.

i wouldnt call them "slappers" either, but how do you know it's jealousy?

there are women i dislike for reasons that don't even touch upon jealousy, and men too, but you wouldn't accuse me of being jealous of a man would you?

i listened to it earlier and it was terrible and this is coming from someone who thinks they usually sound brillant when they sing live don't know what happened them today

Solo lines were ok but the chorus was sooooooo bad, they need to learn how to harmonise well together like they did on beggin.

No not jealous, just fed up of this Katie Price style of making music. It's like ''here's my tits, go buy the album''. The only way it could've been more obvious is if there was a huge sign up saying ''Well we can't really sing that well but who cares, we're promiscuous, flirtatious, sub-mensa and manufactured so just go and buy the album anyway''

They are so manufactured it's actually quite funny. They're like 5 little parodies of the music industry wrapped up in Anne Summers costumes.

This really was a dire performance. To be fair to them though, they are usually good live. I saw them on tour and they were fantastic. I just don't think this song works live at all and they all sounded bad.

LOL. you have quite a turn of phrase - "here's my tits, go buy the album"

To call them slappers is just out of order I sense jealousy

Come now. I like making fun of The Saturdays as much as anyone, but if you're going to make fun of them for something then you have enough to choose from without having to bring in vocal ability.

Yes, that was a bad performance (it happens) but you only need to watch videos from their tour or Live Lounge performances to see that they can all really sing. Mollie and Frankie may be weaker than the others, but they can still hold a note.

again, why assume it's jealousy? there could be any number of reasons why the poster doesn't like them - they're obviously pretty girls, but maybe they're just not their sort of thing.

They need to sort out the chorus mainly. Too many of the girls singing at once, vanessa + frankie + backing track is WAY overpowering and sounds like they are shouting.

Vanessa can sing really well...the rest...questionable at times.

One of em was on Never Mind the Buzcocks and IMO, they made a fool out of themselves for, not at all, in any way, recognising their "own" lyrics

They are clearly slappers, if they could sing then they wouldnt need the over the top image. This footage confirms that

I agree that they aren't the most talented group ever (they can usually sing live, a lot better than this, but they aren't the most talented ) but how does that make them slappers? The two things aren't remotely connected!
