I've grown to quite like Brendan this year

So maybe they could be kind to him and let him dance with Jo?! She's a lot more fun than Fiona (but still fulfills the criteria of being not very good).

I bet the ratings would go through the roof with that line up Jan - we'd be in for a treat!

Loving the idea of couples from earlier series that didn't win coming back to dance at christmas as I didn't really watch for the first few series, so it would be good to see why some couples remain firm favourites.

I read somewhere that Darcy was replacing Craig in the last few shows so there was still only 4 judges, anyone know if thats true or not?

On Friday's ITT they said the judges' desk had been lengthened this year to make room for five judges once Darcey joins the panel.

Emma and Darren would do a great Christmas Waltz IMO .

Thonk you might have read it on here (someone has previously said it in an Anti-Alesha thread).

There will be five judges from the quarters onwards. I believe that it's to try to get more of a difference between the scores when there are only a few couples left.

Buggers up the stats though!

the pattern in recent years is that former winners have been asked back twice (Alesha did 2007 and 2008 Xmas specials so should not be asked back. Ramps did 2006 and 2007 specials).

If this is the case then we should only have the 2009 winner and Tom but personally I can't see Tom coming back if Camila doesn't so they may redamly pick a former winner to particpate (Jill was asked back last year - maybe its Daren Gough's turn again!)

He always seems to be on it - or is that just my imagination. I would like to see some different couples for a change.
