The songs that you listen to when your angry with someone. Whenever im mad at someone (my bf), i always listen to these: helps me relax! =>

Kelis: caught out there
Beyonce: ring the alarm
Whitney: Its not right but its ok
Carrie Underwood: Before he cheats
Christina: cant hold us down

Any other similar themed songs to reccomend?

Would have to be

Eminem "Stan"
Eamon " I don't want you back"
Breaking Benjamin "Breath"
My Chemical Romance "I'm not ok I promise"
Sex Pistols " My Way"
Limp Bizkit "Rollin"
Nirvana " Smells like teen spirit"
Guns n Roses " Welcome to the Jungle"
Metallica "Sandman"

With exception to the first 2 songs, I let my anger out on Rock music which is the best for letting rip to .

what you need is da blues - cos the blues is about bad things happenin to good people

stormy monday - blues standard - eg Albert King
born under a bad sign - BB King, Peter Green etc

to get out of it
I recommend

(Something inside) So Strong - labi Siffre
or
Move on up - Curtis Mayfield

Never really listen to relaxing songs when I'm angry, normally just listen to angry songs! Most notably:

Kirsty MacColl - Free World http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46pfPVE5q1o
The Smiths - You Just Haven't Earned It Yet, Baby http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVmlpuaXLMc
Catatonia - I Am The Mob http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41SkP55Xyjk

Avril Lavigne - My Happy Endings

One of the best songs IMO, gives out the message "I don't give a f#ck anymore!!!"
