Why does it say this?

I have an N97, but when you post something from your phone on facebook, and read it on the computer, it would say something like "about an hour ago via facebook for iphone", but with the N97 it says "about an hour ago via Prod s60 5 Touch", whyy, just outta interest

ohh, makes sense, but why not something like "about an hour ago via facebook for nokia n97" < that seems to make more sense

Why does it have to say any of it at all? Just a 'last visited' time would be good enough? Like DS.

Mine says via Facebook Mobile but that may be because I use the browser rather than the Facebook Application.
