Annoyed??

Ive a 18 months 02 contract which ive had a year but where ever i go im getting different times when i can upgrade the phone i want to upgrade??

Ive been to O2 Phones4u Carphone warehouse and been given different times!!

I had a 24 month contract with o2 and I wasn't allowed to upgrade till the 23rd month so going on that, you'll be month 17.

Well there can be a fair amount of variation anyway even if you are doing things "officially", and then some companies will offer to buy you out of your remaining contract in order to get an early upgrade (as they will still make money from signing you up to a new one).

Basically speaking though you will likely only be able to upgrade with O2 directly at month 17, unless you have a consistently high monthly spend - in which case they may offer an earlier upgrade. CPW and P4U may simply be offering to pay any early upgrade fees that you would incur if you upgraded earlier than O2 are prepared to offer it.
