Do we really need a new DS headline with his thoughts every few minutes?

I like the DS interview with the SCD celebs and I guess in the racing world where most of the media coverage has been, it was a big deal as it was in the spotlight until Richard was voted off.

I liked Richard tbh.

He will have done the show at least partly to put himself back in the public eye and he is this week's departing contestant, next week's leaver will grab the headlines then.

It's the drip feed nature of the revelation of his thoughts that amuses me.

I did think it was interesting that he said even with his background in sports psychology, he couldn't calm his nerves.
