Anyone noticed that 02 now have minor tariff changes for new customers.
The text anytime that I have been on for the last few months is now text and web and the now have a text and call tariff.
I went to change to text and web tariff last night got a text the day saying im 2 be moved to text and web tariff soon then for some reanson got a text 5mins later saying you wioll be moved to the text and call tariff on you next anaversary date and I had never asked to join text and call for that dont give me enough free text.
As I text more than I phone with my mobile. So I text text and web off to 21300 and text and call stop to 21300. I got texts back saying they will let me know in the next 36 hours if my stop requests have been canceled.
Dont know why it come up text and call as well as text and web when I only had asked to move from text anytime to text and web.
Hope all will be canceled and im still on text anytime for now. I have to top up at last £10 by Sunday to get any free text.

I was under the impression that if you were on Text Anytime then you don't need to do anything and you're automatically switched to Text & Web, as the Text Anytime tariff is no longer available and has been replaced by Text & Web.
