Miss F.R.A.N.K: Awesome!
I felt this thread was needed, as I reckon Miss Frank are the best group the show has had. They're different, they're clumsy but in a good way and they all add something unique. They're very relevant.
Miss Frank for the final! |

Miss Frank for the final! Whats the point of having a show like this without the raw talent it was supposed to showcase? Miss Frank have that and im hoping they get to the lives and win |

I liked the rapping, and rap is VERY current, hip hop etc. Louis has got something unique here.
I'd like them to sing Ready Or Not by the Fuggees |

They make the show interesting and have an element of surprise about them (their good "team work" on "That's Life"; the rap). Graziella is very charismatic and has a strong, unique voice, Shaniece is a strong singer if not very original; the other girl is quite different, but not in a particularly good way - hopefully the lion's share of the songs will go to the other two.
I like them. Definitely not typical glammed-up girl-band, harmony-singing rubbish like Kandy Rain. I'm definitely rooting for them at this stage, along with Lucie.

I think as a group they suck, but that Graziella girl has amazing talent and I cant for the life of me understand why the judges said no to her going through as a solo artist.

Plus, when she's on her own you can tire of her - but when she comes in after Shar and Shaniece have done a verse each, she nails it big time without going on for too long. |

I LOVE Miss Frank and i think they all (especially Graziella)have amazing charisma.
![]() its about time the show had a decent girl band on. ![]() i had high hopes for Bad Lashes last year but i think Miss Frank are going to surprise a lot of people and do really well in this years show.

They might be in danger of becoming a One Trick Pony...or in their case a One Rap Pony...not sure any of them were strong enough on their own and in a group it might get rather repetitive having the 'token' rap every time.

I like Graziella as she's a Ditto / Lovefoxx hybrid.

I think they COULD do well, as long as Louis doesnt insist they rap to Westlife.

Totally agree with you on that! They are so current and bring an edge to the x factor that was much needed. Of course they can't be to everyone's taste but wasn't this the reason the x factor replaced pop idol? [generic pop acts like the spice girls/s club and all the rest of them were boring people].

I preferred Pop Idol. The format was loads fairer and you didn't get all that many rubbish singers in the last 50 like John and Edward, etc.

if you don't like rap, switch off. all this talk of one-trick-pony is just utterly noncensical. its called being a bit diverse, and theyre about the only girl group i can think of to come out of the UK, through X Factor or otherwise, that could cross the atlantic very easily.
sour grapes/racism/jealousy/no understanding of popular culture, haters delete the applicable |
