My mobile has just started with yet another problem.
I have had it returned from Sony under warranty with an unrelated fault. I have used it for about 3 weeks when suddenly I am not able to hear the caller through the phone earpiece, I can only hear them if I turn on the Speaker.

After having to wait for 4 weeks to get the phone returned from them on the first warranty repair I would love to be able to resolve this problem mysef.

Any help would be gratefully received.

That's a known issue with the phone , you'll have to send it away , I'm afraid .

I had that phone in january and had the same fault on 4 seperate replacement phones! In the end Orange offered me a different handset cause it was gettin ridiculous! Shame tho cause apart from that its a good phone
