Vision Box Will Not Update
I returned home from work late last night (almost midnight) and I tried to update my BT Vision box only to find it didn't work.
I know exactly how to scan for new channels as I have regularly carried out this action ever since receiving the box almost 18 months ago. The process goes right to the point where it warns the user that any PVR recordings will cease until the scan is complete. When I press continue, the usual search bar does not start. I've even carried out the old IT trick of switching it off and then back on again. In fact, I left the box switched off overnight and re-tried again this morning. Same result. Any ideas? |

I had exactly the same problem. A soft reset did the trick. Hold the green button at the front in for six seconds.

once the vision box got stuck, dunno why that did the trick. that was the only problem ive had with the box. |
