Sony W4000 40" + Sky HD

Hi - Can someone please send me their settings for the above combination.

Most of the time the picture is fab, even non HD channels seem so much better, I guess because its all via HDMI.

But the dark colours like night sky seem so grainy / ghosty.

Any help would be great.

Isn't that just the normal LCD thing, not so hot on blacks ect?
