Panasonic TH-37PX80b PC Input
Hello,
I have a TH-37X80b which is fine except for the PC input. This has worked fine up until the last few weeks since when I can no longer get a picture from my PC. I have tried connecting a laptop and another PC via VGA cable, used different VGA cables, but get the same result which is a black screen - it displays the input type in the top left corner so it is receiving data of some sort. I have tired different refresh rates (50hz~100hz) but this hasn't resolved the problem - it worked fine on 60hz and 75hz before so i don't think this is the issue. Also, tried different resolutions, 1024 x 768 always worked fine but no more. Now, I can connect my graphics card via DVI to HDMI converter cable but it doesn't give the same resolution from the VGA output, the colours look brighter but the video output is dire. Has anyone got any ideas to resolve this or is the PC port on the TV dead? |

I'm assuming you have gone through the normal procedure which allows the PC to output to another monitor/TV?
On my laptop I have to press F4. |

Reconnect back to your Plasma turn Pc back on. Hopefully you should your Pc picture then change resolution back to 1024x768 |
