Samsung Jet - am losing patience with mine!

I charged it up to 5 bars before I went to bed and when I woke this morning it was telling me that I had a low battery!

Surely this shouldn't be happening? Anyone else having battery problems with theirs?

you need to remove the battery.
write down the Serial Number from the back sticker on the phone. (SN number beginning with R)

Phone Samsung tomorrow between 9-6 and ask for a new battery to be sent out. It will take a few days for the battery to arrive, as its weekend

0845 6 726 7864 will take you to the mobile team.
