Samsung Jet - am losing patience with mine!
I charged it up to 5 bars before I went to bed and when I woke this morning it was telling me that I had a low battery!
Surely this shouldn't be happening? Anyone else having battery problems with theirs? |

you need to remove the battery.
write down the Serial Number from the back sticker on the phone. (SN number beginning with R) Phone Samsung tomorrow between 9-6 and ask for a new battery to be sent out. It will take a few days for the battery to arrive, as its weekend 0845 6 726 7864 will take you to the mobile team. |
