Nokia N5800 + Flash Player
Hello,
I'm not very technical but when I'm on the Internet on this phone a lot of videos or games wont play as it states I do not have an up-to-date flash player... It then directs me to the flash website and that asks me what operating system I'm on, but I don’t think I’m on any that’s listed (xp/vista etc) ![]() Should I be able to access videos and games on this phone? What am I doing wrong? ![]() Thanks |

(All of this should not be taken as fact and is pretty much an AFAIK).
AFAIK Nokia's only support FlashLite which doesnt support all of the features that some of the flash on sites does. Flash is extrememly processor intensive so to limit the phone crashing, it cant support them. Miniclip is usually a total diaster. I just get a little 9? icon showing I dont have player 9 or above. Youtube recently rendered all videos (unless the upload decided against it) in a format which the Nokia 5800 can play. Hit the link in your bookmarks and it should automatically go to the mobile version. |
