I say this as a massive Mariah fan. I feel for her, it must be heartbreaking knowing she has to struggle to sing notes in her mid register, when she used to sing live so effortlessly when she was younger

Can I correct my self When I say bits of it were pre-recorded, I really mean "very few parts" of it were pre-recorded. I think the high F5 belted note is, everything else seems to be live albeit with alot of reverb to make it better

I wish she just did one whistle note instead though - I think the song would have more of an impact in the climax if she belted more instead of whistling, like in "Anytime You Need A Friend"

Yes 95% of the view was live and she sang her ass off.

The performances on Today were good and an improvement on last years vocals.
