3 problems receiving texts

Hi,

I'm on 3 and my missus, son and mum are on Tesco and when they text me the text doesn't come through, they are on Tesco Mobile, but they can send texts to other Tesco numbers and they are received, I have received a text from someone of Vodafone just now.

Anyone having the same problem?

I would ask you to text but I might get a few come through

I have just come to the end of my 18 month contract with 3 and havent been able to receive a complete text for the whole 18 months...
Every text started (...) and a few letters, after several phone calls and letters it was like p1ssing in the wind so i just used it for calls only.
If you are just starting a new contract with 3 i urge you to contact them every day until they sort this out.

After 18 months of a constantly breaking phone and poor signal my mate said he was cancelling today.

I warned him from advice on here that they will spend ages trying to talk him out of it. Told him to stand firm and take no nonsense from them.

Got a text to say they tried to hassle him to stay he told them it was his right to cancel and if they didn't do it as per T&C's he was complaining to every Tom, Dick & Harry about them. Now on his last month with them and he is so relieved and now looking for another network.

I don't know whether it's similar, but I'm on 3 too and texts to and from friends on O2 (who Tesco run on) are running slow for me too, have been for days... texts from my 3 to and from friends on Vodafone and T-Mobile are fine though.

I WAS on 3 PAYG, now I'm not, 3 said it's a problem with Tesco mobile! so decided to move from 3, Thanks for your replies, now My mum, wife and son can text me without any problems.

My daughter on 3 in south Bristol and has problems with SMS and calls for the past 3 weeks.

She is counting the days to her contract expires.
