I have a (musical) confession to make...
I cannot bl00dy stand that Aerosmith song! If I hear it one more time I will put my fist through whichever speaker is playing it.
Anyone else hate "classic" songs that supposedly everyone loves? |

"I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing"?
I like it, but I think it can sometimes be too long. I have to want to listen to it, if that makes sense. Can't listen to it over and over again. EDIT: I thought it was about this ^ ^ ^ in particular..well now you mention it: Beautiful Girls - Sean Kingston (and his new one, don't know what it's called) Anything by Shontelle Anything by Akon Don't get the hype with Girls Aloud either |

Michael Jackson - Billie Jean. One of my least favourite MJ songs ever.

I really dislike Blur!
Everyone I know raves on about them but no matter how hard I try I cannot get into them! Its wierd because as a person I adore Graham Coxon...but Blur just leave me cold! Im not saying they are a bad band, they have just never appealed to me on any level.Same with Muse! Again, everyone I know raves in about them but they just dont do that much for me...the death stare I got at work when I mentioned that I wasnt a fan could have killed me flat! Again, Im not saying I think they are a bad band- far from it- I just dont find them as good as the hype. **Runs to hide**

It's not that I hate this particular song, but 'Come on Eileen' does nothing for me I'm afraid. Never liked it and never will.
![]() I'm sure there's others but that one stands out at the moment for me. |

Completely agree on the Aerosmith song. Soft/ Pop rock is an absolutely dire genre.
As for other classics I hate, there's too many to list. |

I really dont want the Smiths to reunite- they should do nothing that could tarnish their wonderful legacy.
Having said that I would love to see Ride reunite for the purely selfish reason that I would love to see them live- I wish I could go back in time to see them at Brixton in 1992- damn being 3 at the time! |

to be fair, they were deemed "classics" many years before the XFactor or American Idol contestants started singing them all the time
![]() ![]() my most hated song of all time was that awful 'i wish i was a punk rocker' by some non-descript. "in '77 and '69" - are you sure about those dates, love? |

Can Bleeding love be considered a classic? If so, i don't hate it but it's the only single from her i don't listen to cos it's annoying and so overated.
