Did you see her training VT? We could be looking at the slowest Samba in SCD history.

Hmmm. I think some of this time could be better used, if I'm honest...

Looks like they get lots of practising done

I think they should spend less time fencing, and try and save this dying Samba. This could be heading the same way as Laila's Jive.

I just don't get all the James love from the panel, his choreography bores me .

No, I'm listening rather than watching. Oh don't tell me that...

Yeah, that samba could be very dull. They could surprise me though.

I'd have voted for Zoe B's tango for this segment, too...

Mark and Karen's AT? Not the most memorable dance ever IMO.

and I wonder why they used different backing music for it...

What a treat that was - my all time favourite dance!

I loved Mark and Karen's AT. Definitely my favourite dance ever.

Ramps just had such authentic looks for the A.Tango. I still love that dance now.

I think it did come top of the poll on here though. When they do that lift... seeing it in slow motion there - magic.

Edit: I could be talking rubbish, as I can't find the thread!

I didn't see series 4 on a television, and I don't like the AT, so it's unsurprisingly not my favourite dance ever...

I'd second both of those things.

I can't remember one dance of James' where the choreography has made me go 'wow'. They always seem pretty safe. And he has a terrible tendency to make everything slow.

Zoe B's tango is definitely my favourite ever Strictly dance. Just amazingly done.

Hopefully she'll pull it out of the bag on Saturday - the second clip looked better than the earlier one.

Barely remember it. i was so after the restarting sala fiasco that i was blinkered to everything else they did. I've watched it since, pretty good i suppose.

I agree. Glad I'm not the only one. I think Anton is hyping this up to be amazing in the hope of getting a ten. I'd be more impressed if he said nothing and then got a ten as it would be more of a surprise. As it is, it seems a foregone conclusion. I think its a little bit arrogant of him to say it deserves tens tbh. Laila still looks miserable to me as well.

Ali and Brian however are looking amazing. If any dance deserves a ten that looks like it does.

Yeah. I don't dislike James, but his choreography really isn't that fantastic. I'm hoping he'll prove me wrong this weekend.

Everything about Zoe Ball's tango is amazing. The choreography, the music, the drama... still give me goosebumps - and if anyone wants to reupload it onto Youtube for me I'll be eternally grateful...

My favourite dance too.

My daughter went to AT classes(and Salsa) for a year in Barcelona deciding to take a break from standard ballroom and Latin ; she said the AT was the most enjoyable to learn and dance of all the dancing she had done .

We went to the Tango Fire show in September and it was absolutely fantastic

Tango Fire

It is still on tour in the UK .Stunning .

I don't mind Anton getting excited at the thought of his very first 10 and I think Laila is loving it, if yesterday's ITT is anything to go by. I did think Ali looked amazing in yesterday's VT clip - today's was full of fluffy bits!

I wouldn't take much of what Anton says seriously. He's forever saying his dancers are perfect, amazing, that was worth a 10 etc...That's just the way he is.

The technical side looks good but a paso will never score highly if you don't perform it well. Ali's an unknown where that is concerned.

Hell, now her calves are hurting ...... please let her go this week.”

er...one's calves hurt and burn incredibly learning the jive .

It looks fast and furious and fun , but certainly far from polished yet .

I'm desperate to see Ian do the tango with Jade - if they get that far.

She's got very quick feet - at least to my untutored eye she has!

I didn't say she wasn't loving it, I said she looked miserable. She's obviously enjoying dancing ballroom again, I just get the impression she isn't that happy overall.
