The latin's seem really weak this year. They were down last year but at least we had Tom, Austin and Rachel then. There's no one to really pull the show up this year, bar maybe Jade.

Chris looks ok, though apparently this is his song (said on Breakfast, according to another thread)

That'll be interesting.

Jade and Ian's tango looks fantastic. I can't wait to see it, Ali and Brian's Vienesse Waltz, as beautiful as it was, could be blown out of the water. But it has to be alright on the night.

Chris's music might work or it could be a disaster!

If the Quickstep was worth 31, I expect Natalie's FT will be worth 32, but probably wont get it.

Jades Tango looks very good.

Ali looked surprisingly good in the CCC, and I expect Ricky's Jive to be about the same level.

Chris will try, but it wont be as good as last week. The music sets the bar high.

Phil could do a very nice AS.

Ricky G I expect will improve by Saturday - it is a VW after all - but he may struggle to please the judges and its not going to be a crowd pleaser either.

Laila could be anywhere from Ricky G level up to Phil/Natalie level. Obviously more chance of the former.

To guess the judges scores, I'd need to use the same dartboard and blindfold as them.

“And what exactly is wrong with saying his dances are quick? Im curious to know seeing as its no different from Natalie saying every week that each new dance is her favourite, which I find more annoying.

Ps. He hasnt done a foxtrot, so he wouldnt have said that was quick, we have that yet to come. Pedantic, but true. And an example of how exaggeration is used a plenty at his expense.”

Well obviously I can't speak for anyone else but I certainly was only trying to lighten the tone (as I should have thought the "wink" smily would have indicated.)

If one is being truly pedantic, I'm pretty sure Ricky W hasn't said the results announcement is fast/rapid/quick either. This was deliberate exaggeration...

I love the foxtrot so looking forward to seeing what Natalie and Vincent do.

Getting a little up to here with the "Dance Lisperers" Is this the first Stars Crib that was visited. Is that all a star can afford, meager wasn't tit

A little overexposed. Exuberance does not make up for foot work, arm usage, ad overall dancing appeal

The time has come for little miss exuberance to come up against one of the top four in the bottom two and get the hook.

I just caught up on ITT, because I was out earlier.

I really enjoyed it tonights.

Training updates looked decent. Like a lot of people, I thought Jade & Ian's Tango training looked really good. Ali's Cha Cha Cha looked OK and I have a feeling it'll be one of her best Latin dances so far (Barring her Paso). I hope so. Same with Ricky's Jive. Apart from his Paso, isn't 32 his highest Latin score? I hope his Jive's an improvement on those.

Chris's Paso could be interesting. Hopefully, his facial expression/s wont be too funny.

I LOL'd at Claudia re-enacting the John/Kristina Paso. Brilliant.

Yes it is and coupled with Jade and Ian's 33 for the jive last week, they are the only Latin scores above 32 so far! The Latin dances are a lot harder to get really high scores in early on but that's still a little unusual so far into a series.

I think Ricky W says all the dances are quick because Natalie seems to dance in a frenzy. I'm not a huge fan of his but I thought his tango last week would have been much better (and maybe had less mistakes) if she had slowed it down a notch. I could hardly see what they were doing it was that quick.

I am a bit scared to see Chris's paso face and his hands are irritating me.”

I think Jade and Ian's tango may be the best tango ever on SCD. They're both so tall, and (I really can't think of any other word) snappy in training. It looks really sexy!

Jade's feet and arm movements are not as good as Ali's, but that will probably suit the tango anyway.

Snappy is a great word...describes it well. They are very snappy! I am just hoping the music is good.

I am also hoping that Laila's rumba is earlier in the show so I can put my cushion away and relax

I will miss the main prog on Saturday, as I'm going to a 30th birthday party. However, I'll try not to get too drunk so I can watch it when I get home. I like Laila, but Anton grates on me a bit. I don't know why he doesn't look right doing latin, bu he doesn't. I did enjoy their paso though.

She's more a jobbing actor than a "star" and she's living in a mews house in London which probably cost quite a lot of money. If she's got any sense she'll be saving the rest of her money for the times when she's not actually working rather than spending it on a vast mansion - particularly with the property market as it is at the moment.

To be fair, that house will probably have cost a fair amount, not knowing which bit of London it is, at a rough estimate could easily be in the £500K region. However, do agree with the rest, I do wish she'd go, the bouncy bouncy bouncy persona wore very thin for me at about week 3

She's not my fav but I feel her "boucy" persona is her. It's too quick and reactive to be put on even for an actress and there's something about the two of them that I enjoy watching. I think their foxtrot will be great even though her body line falters at times. All the dancers left in have a weakness even Ricky W has problems with his body line mainly due to his legs. Feel from the VT that the ballroom will outdo the latin again.

Natalie will be returning to EastEnders after Strictly, according to the papers to join Bianca and Ricci!!! I guess Natalie can earn in one week more than most of us earn in year. Those London mews houses are terribly expensive and Wendy Richards lived in one nearby and her house was valued at one million pounds!!! So don't knock it, I would not mind living there. I thought it was nice that she gave us all a tour of her home.

Quite honestly, I'd advise Natalie to have her front door colour changed pronto. Not because I don't like it, but because some not very nice people could find it very easy to identify once they've found the right Mews - and they know she's always out on a Saturday evening.
