Can ask other posters opinion on the viennese waltzs shown tonight
How would you guess they would be marked Natalie & Vincent Jo & Brendan Jade & Ian Ricky & Natalie Phil & Katya So from\the training clips what would you guess their marks would be (combined judges mark) And what would you estimate would Lailia & Anton's mark would be Jo needs to toughen up a bit (and I say this as someone who loves her dearly). She looks so limp and floppy all the time. I predict Laila & Anton will score a 5 and three 6's. Quote:
As a footballer Chris should be able to point his toes when kicking - hoping to see that for the first time on Saturday.
Craig doing the choreography - I've got a bruise now from banging my head on the table. I thought Laila would be more suited to the sensual latin dances, but not to that extent . At least we've been warned.Phil looked good but not great ( I dont think he enjoys the VW). Ricky G is improving fast. He may even become a good dancer. Ricky W's VW could be good, but maybe not elegant enough? Jade is starting to look like she might be able to do it all (if they can stay in it). Ali's jive looked a bit too smooth. A tough one for Natalie, but she's giving it her best shot. Missed the start, but if Joe's got a jive, he might not be last this week. That's the sort of thing you let an experienced celeb who has proved themself through the competition do. Craig really needs to focus on getting the basics nailed before attempting to provide his own input. |

Apparently when Laila asked what Anton thought they'd get for their Jive, he answered with "late teens". If it doesn't pick up before Sunday, that could be generous...

It might come across as though I'm picking on Craig tonight but I groaned when I heard he was contributing to the choreography (and that Flavia was encouraging him).

Erm, I can never really tell from training footage, but I didn't think any of them looked brilliant. Could be wrong though.

I'm just trying to suss out what the leaderboard may look like after the judges have their say- that's why I am canvassing opinions as to what collective judges mark you would estimate for each couple

I keep wondering if one of those corsets with the tight stays that you lace up would help .
![]() IT would help stop her drooping. At the moment, it looks like if Brendan let go, Jo would collapse on the floor in a heap. |

Bloody Norah (sorry to any Norahs)!
What DID Claudia have on? I missed the first 5. Was it a joke? A bet? A charity stunt? I know that woman has a sense of humour but still.... Wouldn't mind seeing it on my bedroom floor, but apart from that I hope I never see it again. Maybe Clauds could use it for washing the car...just don't wear it again! |

snipped. ![]() ![]() - Bold move or has she just given up the ghost?! You ITT threaders have an impressive knowledge of all things Strictly so can anyone remind me which dance Alesha and Matt were in when they forgot the steps and both made it up and Alesha was almost crying at the judging as she thought she had messed it up? I think it was ballroom and ALesha had a white free on maybe . Doe sthis ring any bells - been bothering me after Alesha commented on keeping going to one of this year's celebs. Also, statto man on tonight - anyone else think his laugh at the end was a bit woah slightly scary ??

Not bad considering she was trying to dance on blocks of wood attached to sharpened chopsticks - how did she even get across to the dancing stage in those shoes - do they put her on a trolley?

Edited after Sid posted - was definitely a ballroom - remember little but the frock! Maybe will be able to find it on youtube, but it wasn't clear at the time, only after when they mentioned it on ITT. Thanks for reply Sid
